Tenant Relations Manager
We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to fill the role as a Tenant Relations Manager! You will help plan and facilitate all key tenant interactions.
This role will act as a liaison between tenants and the various management departments involved in providing tenant services. This role will also support the operational departments with administrative tasks.
The focus of this position is to provide the highest possible level of service, consistent with the operating standards of The Mount Washington Group to our tenants. This role will strive to create a positive and mutually beneficial relationship between the tenants and The Mount Washington Group.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate with accounts receivable, maintenance, and any other areas to ensure smooth tenant relations
- Represent The Mount Washington Group (as an agent, not attorney) in Landlord Tenant court
- Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
- Assist with resolving delinquent rent cases
- Assisting department with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior property management experience is a plus but not a requirement
- Ability to develop a rapport with tenants
- Personable
- Effective problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Familiar with Google Sheets and Google Docs
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to work well as a team player and independently

General Maintenance Technician
We are currently seeking a General Maintenance Technician to join our team in Baltimore! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- General familiarity with electric, plumbing, and/or carpentry
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- HVAC certification is a plus
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
Qualifications:

HVAC Technician
We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC technician to join our team.
This position is right for you, and you can grow together with us, if you are focused, dependable and can meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Service, maintain, diagnose, repair, and replace HVAC equipment. Refrigeration experience is a plus.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Have or will acquire the necessary basic tools to effectively complete tasks outlined above
- Ensure the efficient use of materials and keep company vehicle and equipment in proper working order
- Other duties as required
Qualifications:
- HVAC Certification (Preferred)
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License with clean record
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum 2 years of experience (Preferred)
- Good communication skills
- The ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis, and up to 100 pounds on an occasional basis without assistance and the physical ability to perform strenuous work under varied circumstances
- Flexible and variable hours (no weekends)

As an Appliance Repair Technician, you are responsible for the quality and efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of appliances and other equipment.

We are looking for a full-time Master Electrician to join our team.
As a Master Electrician, you will manage a team of electricians to undertake a variety of tasks relating to installing and maintaining electrical infrastructure. Have the ability to implement plans to code and maintain a safe operating environment.
