Welcome! Congratulations on your new home. We’ve detailed some useful information below to help get you settled in as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Your Online Portal
Email us at Office@themtwashingtongroup.com to activate your online tenant portal.

You can use your online portal to –
○ Make online payments (payment via eCheck, debit/ credit card)
○ Submit maintenance requests
○ View your account

To review the balance on your account please log in to your online portal at https://mountwashingtonmc.appfolio.com/connect/users/sign_in from the menu on the left click “Payments” and then click on “View Full Account Ledger”.

For any other account questions or payment issues please call 410-764-7355 x 137.

Maintenance
To submit a maintenance request please log in to your online portal at https://mountwashingtonmc.appfolio.com/connect/users/sign_in and click on “Request Maintenance” simply fill out the quick form and click “Submit”, doing so would allow for faster service and for you to track the status of your requests with more ease via your portal.

Alternatively, you may call 410-764-7355 x 137 for all maintenance requests.

Monday – Thursday: 10 am – 5 pm
Friday: 10 am – 2 pm
For after-hour emergencies please call 410-764-7355 x 137 and leave a voicemail, it will be heard by our after-hours staff and responded to in order of emergency. The following issues are considered emergencies: Flooding, backups, toilet clogs, sink clogs, fire, power outage, no heat in extreme cold, and no AC in extreme heat.

Safety
In case of an emergency (fire, crime, health), always call 911 first. Do not put Building Management staff in personal jeopardy. Report security concerns to building management.

Do not overload circuitry or use unsafe electrical appliances or frayed cords.
